The Single Survey plan runs in a shared environment. The Enterprise plan gets a dedicated environment. Compare the plans.
Who can see what?
Keycloak
Authentication on the platform is handled by Keycloak.
Mandatory MFA
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) with Microsoft Authenticator is mandatory for platform accounts.
Role-based access
Users get access based on their role, so they only see and do what their task requires.
Respondents take part anonymously, via a personalised link or as an assigned user. This lets you choose, per survey, the level of identification that suits your questionnaire. More about the features.
Clear roles under the GDPR
Survey4Bizz uses a standard data processing agreement (DPA). Under this agreement, your organisation is the controller and Survey4Bizz is the processor. You decide which data you collect and why; Survey4Bizz processes that data on your behalf.
