What is Survey4Bizz?
Survey4Bizz is a Belgian SaaS platform that lets organisations create, distribute, manage and analyse their own surveys. The platform supports twelve question types, runs on Microsoft Azure and connects to Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.

Can surveys be anonymous?
Yes. Surveys can be completed anonymously. You can also invite respondents via personalised links or assign the survey to specific users.
Can I reuse surveys and show them in my own branding?
Yes. You can copy and reuse surveys. You customise the design with your logo, brand colours and themes. These branding options are identical in both plans.
Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate
Does Survey4Bizz integrate with Microsoft Power BI?
Yes. Survey4Bizz supports reporting in Microsoft Power BI through a secure, direct connection to the Azure SQL database. This lets you build your own Power BI dashboards and reports. More about the Power BI integration.
Can Survey4Bizz trigger Power Automate workflows?
Yes. With the Survey4Bizz Power Automate custom connector, a trigger starts a flow when a respondent submits a survey. A second connector action returns all of that respondent’s answers as a JSON structure, which you can process further in Power Automate and pass on to other business systems. Is the Power Automate connector a standard Microsoft connector?
No. It is a custom connector that is not published as a standard connector in the official Microsoft connector catalogue. Survey4Bizz supplies the connector and installs it at the customer’s organisation with support.
Do customers need their own Microsoft licences?
Yes. To use Power BI or Power Automate, your organisation needs its own Power BI or Power Automate environment and the required Microsoft licences. These are not included in the Survey4Bizz subscription.
Hosting and security
Where is Survey4Bizz data hosted?
Survey4Bizz runs on Microsoft Azure. SQL database data is stored in Belgium; the application servers are located within the European Union. More about hosting and security.
How are platform accounts secured?
Survey4Bizz uses Keycloak for authentication, with mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA) via Microsoft Authenticator for platform accounts and role-based access control.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes. There is a standard data processing agreement in which the customer is the controller and Survey4Bizz is the processor.
Plans and pricing
What is the difference between Single Survey and Enterprise?
Single Survey costs €80 per month or €864 per year per survey (excl. VAT) and runs in a shared environment with one Admin account per survey, CSV export and general support, without Excel or API import and without extended user management.
Enterprise costs €4,900 per year (excl. VAT) and offers a dedicated environment, unlimited surveys, extended user management, Excel and API import, CSV export and an extended SLA. Power BI, Power Automate and the branding options are available in both plans. Compare the plans.
Does Survey4Bizz offer unlimited survey responses?
Yes, within fair use. Both plans include unlimited respondents and responses; Enterprise also includes unlimited surveys. Fair use is assessed on volume and peak load. An example of normal use is 30,000 respondents spread over 30 days.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices shown exclude VAT.
